1. Routine examination before operation
1.1 check whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient and sealed well; otherwise, supplement the hydraulic oil or replace the hydraulic pipeline components such as oil plug. A kind of

2. Preparation before work
2.1 adjust the position of the guide arm on the movable side. A kind of

3. Sawing
3.1 press the "start" button of the saw blade, the saw wheel water pump starts to work, the saw frame starts to fall and feed, and adjust the feed speed by adjusting the feed knob to 2cm / min (at this time, the saw blade should be tightened, or the belt will fall). 3.2 when the saw frame reaches the lower limit, the cutting is completed and the saw blade running stops. At this time, the machine will automatically stop, stop water, and the saw frame will automatically rise.
4 operation termination
